Great service here! The room was big and newly renovated, and everyone was super friendly 😊 Awesome location too, close to everywhere we needed to go within walking distance.

The room was clean and gorgeous, and it had convenient amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and towels, plus the property was centrally located within a 10-15 minute walk from Church House.

This place is comfortable and the staff are attentive! 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the University Campus neighborhood. The rooms are large and recently refurbished and the bathrooms are clean.

Greatly enjoyed the quiet bed in my queen room. The hotel was centrally located in the University Campus neighborhood. Tried some takeout specials at honeygrow, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue.

The room was spacious and luxurious with hypo-allergenic pillows. Coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge were provided. The hotel's location by the reception counter was convenient and impressive.

The hotel is quiet and great, centrally located with amazingly nice staff. The rooms are large and newly renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The location is great, just 1 mile from Olan Thomas Park. This is a go-to venue in Newark!

The room was clean. There are great places to dine or just grab a quick bite in this area.

We were there as a mini-vacation and were dismayed to find we could not rent a movie in the room or order food. It seemed that $100+ a night would warrant having some of those extras that take it from a nice room to sleep in to a nice room to stay in.

We appreciated the convenience of the queen room equipped with a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was fantastic, being close to Delaware for an event, as well as downtown, the highway, and the University of Delaware.

The room was nice and the hot tub was great.

I was in Delaware for an event. I booked this hotel because I expected quality service and because they had a shuttle. I learned afterwards that the shuttle was not available on weekends and I would have to take the student bus. When I asked about the bus schedule and where to catch the bus, the clerk said, "around here somewhere" and she didn't have a schedule. The customer service here was the worst.

I loved loved the bartender at your lounge area- he was very very accomodating and friendly and attentive to our needs.

I have never had any problem paying with my bosses business credit card when info was inputted ahead of time on website. did not want to argue with front desk woman since I was tired and just wanted to get to room so used my own card and will get reimbursed. hotel is a little off beaten path but ok
